About Odrion.ai

AI governance built on substance.

Odrion.ai is an AI governance and compliance consultancy. Our work is grounded in internationally recognised frameworks the same ones regulators, auditors, and oversight bodies actually use to evaluate an organisation’s AI posture.

Our Mission

To empower organisations with high-fidelity AI solutions that anticipate complexity and neutralise risk.

AI adoption is accelerating faster than the controls, oversight structures, and governance models that should accompany it. Odrion.ai exists to close that gap, helping organisations understand where their AI exposure actually sits, what frameworks and obligations apply, and how to build a governance model that holds up beyond the engagement.

We do not produce reports that get filed and forgotten. We produce an operating position, one that equips your organisation to govern AI responsibly, defensibly, and at pace with the technology itself.

“Compliance is the artefact.
Governance is the asset.”

The Odrion.ai principle from engagement brief to deliverable.

What we are not

We do not produce AI ethics statements. We do not generate compliance checklists from template libraries. We do not certify outcomes we cannot stand behind. Every engagement is evidence-led, framework-anchored, and produces a deliverable that works in the real context of your organisation.

Our Commitment

Proact. Protect. Prevail.

Our tagline is not a slogan. It is the sequence of what good AI governance actually delivers, anticipation before incident, protection before obligation, and a position that lasts.

P

Proact

AI governance should begin before regulatory deadlines, not at them. We help organisations map their AI footprint, identify obligations early, and build controls before they become mandatory, so that action is strategic, not reactive.

P

Protect

Every AI system carries risk: regulatory, reputational, operational, and legal. We assess those risks with precision, anchor our findings in internationally recognised frameworks, and build the governance structures that protect the organisation when those risks materialise.

P

Prevail

The organisations that govern AI well now will be in a stronger competitive position than those that don’t. Regulatory readiness, stakeholder trust, and responsible AI posture are not just risk management, they are market advantages.

Our Approach

Evidence-led. Framework-anchored. Operationally focused.

Our approach to every engagement follows the same four principles — regardless of sector, organisation size, or the specific service involved. The goal is always the same: a governance position that holds up.

We do not treat governance as a documentation exercise. We treat it as a structural problem that requires understanding the organisation’s actual AI use, not a generic template applied from the outside.

01

Understand before assessing

We begin by understanding the organisation, its AI use, risk appetite, regulatory context, and the people who need to live with the outcome. Assessment without understanding produces generic findings.

02

Evidence over assertion

Every finding is supported by documentation, system analysis, and stakeholder interviews. We do not make compliance claims we cannot substantiate, and we do not issue assurance we cannot defend.

03

Internationally recognised frameworks

Our work is anchored in the EU AI Act, IEEE CertifAIEd Programme, SOC 2, Canada’s AIA, and the ELI Model Rules, not internal policy documents or bespoke frameworks that regulators will not recognise.

04

Governance, not reports

The deliverable is always an operating position, controls, policies, accountability structures, and documentation that the organisation can use, maintain, and point to. Not a report that ages in a drawer.

Grounded In

The frameworks regulators actually use.

Every engagement is anchored in internationally recognised standards rather than internally developed or proprietary frameworks, giving clients a defensible position that holds up to external scrutiny.

EU AI Act

The first comprehensive horizontal AI regulation. In force across the EU and with extraterritorial scope. Our AI Act Readiness service is built directly around its risk classification and governance obligations.

IEEE CertifAIEd Programme

The global professional standard for AI ethics assessment and certification. Embedded in every AI Act engagement, not as an add-on, but as a structural component of the governance model.

SOC 2 (AICPA)

Gold standard for data systems assurance. The anchor framework for our Data Integrity Assessment. Provides a principled basis for assessing data quality, processing controls, access controls, and lineage.

Canada’s Algorithmic Impact Assessment

Developed by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat for automated decision systems. Used internationally as a rigorous reference instrument for algorithmic accountability assessment.

ELI Model Rules

The European Law Institute’s formal model rules framework for automated decision-making systems. Provides the European reference layer for our Algorithmic Impact Assessment, alongside the Canadian framework.

Our Team

The people behind the work.

Odrion.ai’s engagements are led by practitioners with deep domain expertise in AI regulation, data governance, and AI engineering.
